The two files attached contain discussions of a change management project that went well and one that did not go well from two different learners. It also listed the factors that lead to the success or failure of the project.

In these two examples, we can see where the sense of urgency and having a plan in place with dates for starting are important. Also, feedback and communication are necessary for a good change to occur. With any change there must be all of these to make is successful.
In the successful implementation of change, there was a sense of urgency created and a communication. For the Product Improvement there were targets set so everyone would know what was expected.
