On a side note, this is one of the most poorly worded comparison questions I have seen in a long time. I will explain why.
When we make a comparison, it is basically between the better of two alternatives, both of which are equal merit. For instance, do I produce drugs that cure cancer or AIDS if I can't produce both because of limited resources? Which would be more ethical? ...
