If, for example, the corporation has a solid ethical foundation and principles that guide all business decisions to meet the corporate mission, then the corporation will need to negotiate with the corporation located in a totalitarian regime. It is about how the corporation from the home country integrates values into its mission statement vis-vis the environment, worker relations and empowerment, and whether or not there is governmental cooperation, which affects how it goes about conducting its business.
