Introduction
Ethics can be defined as those obligations and duties which we have to perform as we are human beings. These are the well defined sets of right and wrong behavior which an individual has to perform for the welfare of society (Gan, 2009). When these ethical values are applied to the organization, it is termed as an ethical organization and a particular code of conduct is set for all the employees of this organization. Ethical behavior restricts the activities related to murder, stealing and fraud (Hartman, 2004). It is necessary for the all the organization to enforce law and follow ethical standards and practices to achieve the goals and objectives of the company (Corporate Ethics and Accountability, 2008).
About Organization
My organization is a kind of health care centre related to the socials service and health care industry. This health care institution provides services related to the job training, shelter, education, food, clothing, medical treatment and other different types of counseling (Health, 2007). Its clientele includes elderly people, teen mothers, disabled and peoples without home in the rural community. This health care centre gives preference to serve their services to the low income groups.
Mission of the Company
Its mission of the company is based on the ethical grounds. Mission statement reflects the objectives of the organization, which are:
Safe guarding the clients well being and health belonging to the community; It especially includes those who are in greater needs. The next objective is to extend its services all over the community in order to provide short and long term care to the people suffering from the complex and chronic health related problems and also to those suffering from economic and social problems (Kettner, 2002).
The main purpose of the health care centre is concern with the health and care of those people who are insufficient to grow and enjoy good facilities (Health, 2007). The main purpose of the company is to provide prosper and growth to the rural communities, with the help of following tasks:
 By implementing ethical policies and enforcing law in an effective manner.
 By implementing various development programs to improve the ethical integrity in the organization (Kettner, 2002).
 By implementing the various technologies to grow the capacity of the services of the company.
 By providing sufficient compensation and incentives to the employees to motivate them to work with zeal and enthusiasm.
Ethical aspect of Mission of the company: The subsistence of the company is for the well-being and safety of the people who are belonged to the rural area, so it is eventually related to the ethical system and fulfill the social responsibilities (Gan, 2009). So the company always concern that its client and employees will not face any kinds of physical and mental harm (Gan, 2009). The company always tries to best services and health care to the needed people for their well living. The major goal of the company is to offer accurate and suitable health care treatment at the right time (Dubinsky & Richter, 2009).
The company has implemented various training and development programs for the employees, so that they can use their skills and knowledge to improve performance (Gan, 2009). Apart from this, the company avoids the practices of discrimination and follows the employment and labor law to motivate the employees (Kettner, 2002).
Value of the Company
The values of the health care company concentrate on the customers and stress over the betterment of their welfare and treating the people with due respect and self-esteem (Macaulay & Fought, 2004). By this way the customer feels dignity at the time of treating in the centre (Hartman, 2004). The value statement of the company also deals with the best and innovating means to serve the customers. As a provider of the health care services it is the moral responsibility of the company that workers serve with full concentration and high responsibilities without any chance of mistake (Dubinsky & Richter, 2009).
