How have changes in work place demographics impacted your typical organization?
Changes in workplace demographics have impacted my typical organization in several ways. The changes are there is an increase in the number of dark skinned persons and women in my organization. These changes have made interactions among employees more formal and guarded. The employees do not use crude language as they did earlier, nor do they make jokes having sexual or colored meanings. Even though the organization has become more sanitized, the degree of informality has dropped. This might even have adversely affected productivity.
