Three tiers of non-customers and Blue Ocean strategy

Each team will post their final paper that they created in weeks 4 and 5 as an attachment. Label the post "Team A," for example, so it will be clear which team posted the paper. Please read each one, and choose one on which you wish to comment. Your comments should include a very brief overview of the paper (1-2 sentences), an assessment of the initial versus the final strategy canvas presented, additional aspects that the team might have considered in terms of the buyer utility map, the three tiers of non-customers, and the overall Blue Ocean Strategy the team used.
