It operates worldwide (Our Business, 2011). The main problems that Visa has faced are fraudulent charges and theft. Many a times, Visa got involved in antitrust cases, frauds, and theft scandals. Visa has also faced the problems of non-guaranteed payments to merchants. The security system of Visa was not so strong and thus, the customers had to face problems of fraudulent charges.
