1. As an organizational leader trying to develop collaborative support for new strategies, what would you say is the most critical aspect for you to consider in terms of stakeholder roles (i.e., cultural competency, stakeholder engagement, etc.)?
How to communicate with them and when. Stakeholders are the workers, the funders, the leaders of the company. They come from the lowest internal levels to the highest and also from the external environment of a company. Therefore, communication is important to make sure the message is clear and understandable for all those individuals considered stakeholders. A communication plan should be part of a strategic plan. Stakeholder considerations and methods of communication should be included. Making sure to understand what each stakeholder needs from the strategic plan and from the company should be considered when creating the plan.
