    This portion that I need help with is how a policy will be evaluated and guidelines of the policy in restaurant management.

    A restaurant policy will be evaluated on the basis of how the policy helps the restaurant achieve its objectives. The policy will be evaluated on the basis of criterion for policy evaluation depending on the objectives of the restaurant. The policy is evaluated on its ability to guide important restaurant decision, its ability to array different alternatives and selection of the alternative that will have the most positive impact on the restaurant. Another important criterion for evaluating policy of the restaurant is its comprehensiveness in guiding management, financial, and administrative decision to reach a well defined goal.
