Since in an organization there are many projects, every project tries to get its share of finite resources. Project scheduling is a means to manage resources in a project environment. There are four main stages of project scheduling which are resource definition, resource allocation, resource aggregation, and resource leveling.
-Resource definition involves identifying, planning and managing resources which are critical for the project.
