McDonald's currently, is one of the leaders of this pack with maximum share. The company caters to nearly 47 million customers everyday. The company at one time was an undisputed leader in this field. It operated through a chain of franchise, which is at over 31,000 locations. The corporation employs nearly 400,000, individuals according to figures in 2008. Burger king is a fast food chain, which specializes in hamburgers. The company like McDonald's, is operated through a chain of franchisee. It has around 11,550 outlets located in 71 countries. The firm employs nearly 37,000 employees (McDonald's, 2009). The fast food giant everyday serves around 11.4 million customers. Krispy Kreme is a chain of restaurants, which specializes in doughnuts. The restaurant has outlets located all over the United States, where Doughnuts are mainly served warm. In the recent years, the company's profits have gone down to a great deal.
