A significant challenge faced in relation the management systems is providing a balance among profitability, competitiveness, globalization, speed of change, adaptability, growth, and technology.
For this report, discussions will be in reference to a private educational institution that this reporter is familiar with. It is a private non-sectarian college that offers a wide range of courses: business, engineering, education, social sciences, law, music, and health-care. In addition, short-term vocational-livelihood courses are offered to cater to students that have limited financial resources and those who need to have a living in a short period of time.
