1.) Should parents have their genitic code analyzed and the probability of their having offspring with congenital defects or high sensitivity to diseases determined?
2.) Since the cost of treating these medical problems may be exorbitant, should people with genetic analysis shows a higher than average probability of having offspring with medical problems pay higher health insurance premiums?
3.) Should people who refuse genetic testing pay higher health insurance premiums.

All parents would like to have their children free from any kind of disease. Genetic testing has become more and more popular giving parents the option to have their genetic code analyzed before even having children in order to determine the probability of their children being born with a genetic defect. If it is considered, then it helps parents to determine preventive measures that they can do before they have children ("Genetic testing", 2012).
Genetic testing has also been performed on the embryo while in the mother's womb to screen fetal tissues for any genetic disorders. This is called fetal screening where tissues are taken from the fetus inside the mother's womb and tested for genetic abnormalities such as PKU, Down syndrome, and turner syndrome. ...
Inherited disorders are examined.
