I bought a new computer at Apple. It started off badly. I went to the Genius Bar to troubleshoot what I thought were some minor issues with my Mac. The Genius told me it would take 5 days and at least $384 to diagnose my problem. It was not the technician's fault, he was kind, patient, and went out of his way to explain the situation to me. Still, it was not a good start. I decided to look at new Macs and he found a salesperson that patiently explained my options. The tech came by later to make sure I was happy with the service I had received from the salesperson.
