The company also offers fountain syrups, syrups, and concentrates, such as flavouring ingredients and sweeteners. The company sells its finished beverage products primarily to distributors, and beverage concentrates and syrups to bottling and canning operators, distributors, fountain wholesalers, and fountain retailers.
The company's mission is "to refresh the world, inspire moments of optimism and happiness, create value, and make a difference".
The Coca-Cola Company has more than 300 bottling partners worldwide.

Basically, the company conducted a marketing research to determine the potential marketability of the company's new version of an existing product.
