The employee stock ownership program would allow the employees to purchase company stock directly from the company at 50% of the market price to a maximum of 40% of each employee salary. This stock would not be immediately be saleable in the stock exchange but can be sold after a lock in period of 4 years. This would prevent the employees from immediately selling off their stock in the market. In addition, this would ensure that the employees would want the company to perform well and not make losses, otherwise the value of the employees stock would suffer. Employee stock ownership plans can be used to keep plan participants focused on company performance and share price appreciation. By giving plan participants an interest in seeing that the company's stock performs well, these plans will encourage participants to do what's best for shareholders, since the participants themselves are shareholders.

Individual Recognition Program that will reward high performing employees. Five employees each from a different level would be awarded the best employee of the year award based on a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of all the employees.
