Scaling Study Report:

Develop a short questionnaire of 5 to 10 questions and distribute it to at least ten people. This can be something that you have already done in the past. Use at least two different types of questions in the survey. Analyze the responses and comment on the validity and reliability of your questionnaire.

Prepare a 1,400-word paper in which you describe your results from this short study.

NOTE: The paper length requirement is 1400 words. The paper should be thorough, concise and substantive paper similar to the format that is used in most journal publications. Being thorough with the content is essential for grading.

The paper links theory to relevant examples of current experience and industry practice and uses the vocabulary of the theory correctly.

Major points are stated clearly; are supported by specific details, examples, or analysis; and are organized logically.

? Peer reviewed journal publications will provide the basis for your analysis and discussion

The conclusion is logical, flows from the body of the paper, and reviews the major points.
