    No Ethics is not all that law requires, because Law is approved by the government and is implemented by the government itself, the violators of law are given appropriate punishments.

    Ethics are the rules of conduct, as there is a Code of Ethics for the professional accountants issued by International Federation of Accountants(IFAC), almost every profession has its own code of ethics and violation of this may lead to suspension of cancellation of membership from that professional organization.
