My strategy is derived from the deontological ethical perspective. According that perspective it is my duty to comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In other words a company that is based in the USA cannot pay bribes to a foreign official for securing markets. In spite of the rules of the game, I will make it clear that Infosys competes on the bases of quality of services it provides and on the basis of prices, however, it does not pay bribes.
