I carried out the practical shown in the attachment, and am struggling with the calculations, Can anyone please explain what I need to do? As there are different calculations for different bits I am submitting separate post for each bit. Is there anyone who can show my how to determine ethanol formed?

The model answers from the experiment are also attached (not my results but I am not asking for anyone to do my homework for me...just show me how to calculate).
