You will see there are 5 scatter plots, one for each combination of salary and a potentially relevant variable: Gender, Age, Beta Experience, Prior Experience, and Education. Take a look at how each graph is set up and right-click on each on and pick "Select Data" so you can see the set up, how each category (Gender, Age, Beta Experience, Prior Experience, and Education) is set up as the horizontal axis independent variable and salary is always the dependent variable.

After each graph is made, the optional trendline is added, which is a linear relationship done natively by Excel through least squares linear regression. Note for each trendline, the optional R-squared values is added. (Right-click and select "Format Trendline" to see the dialog for this.)
