He has decided to introduce a training program for his staff, and has retained the services of a human resources consultant. Over a weekend, the consultant has invited representatives of various ethical organizations to participate in a discussion session. In addition, the consultant has shown a documentary about the multicultural nature of Canadian society. Following the completion of the training program, the manager claims a reduction in the number of complaints. Results are shown below:
