A dietician attached to a consumer advocate agency is asked to test three popular diet pills for efficiency. Twenty-one people were randomly assigned to the three different diet pills. Records of how much weight these people lost in a month are tabulated below.
Pill 1 Pill 2 Pill 3
14 11 24
18 12 31
20 10 17
12 20 12
22 12 17
19 16 14
15 13 16
At a 0.05 level of significance, test the hypothesis that the mean weight losses for the three diet pills is the same.
