# Analysis of variance

Three universities administer the same comprehensive examination to the recipients of MBA degree. From each university, a random sample of MBA recipients was selected, and these recipients were then given the exam. The following scores were recorded. For university A: 89, 95, 75, 92, 99. For university B: 60, 95, 89, 80. For university C: 81, 70, 90, 78, 66, 77. The objective of the test of hypothesis is to determine whether there is any significant differences in the average scores of the students from the three universities.

* What is the alternative hypothesis?

* Concerning MBA degree problem statement, SSC=471.6 and SSE=1394.0. What is the sample test statistic if the test of hypothesis is to be conducted at significance level of 1%? 0.34, 2.96, 2.03, 3.89

* Concerning MBA degree problem statement, SSC=471.6 and SSE=1394.0. What is the critical value for test statistic if the test of hypothesis is to be conducted at significance level of 1%?

2.96

2.03

6.93
