    This question is on the Peterloo Massacre of 1819 and The Miners Strike of the early 80's. With reference to problems of policing, I must compare and contrast issues surrounding these events. I would like some help deciding what areas I should cover.

    - Why they were meeting/striking?
    - Media

    - Neutrality

    - Poverty
    - Working class seen as threat
    - Restriction in the Truth

    I need help narrowing it down into 4 or 5 major points. I would appreciate it if you could help point me in the right direction.
