Eugenic Criminology seeks to explain biological implications with "bad-gened" families as well genetic presence of An isolated gene and the enzyme, monoamine oxidase A (MAOA), as a link to underlying criminal tendencies, according to Jalava, Griffiths, & Maraun (2015) . The biological correlates of crime can even range from neurotransmitters to biological harms such as lead poisoning.
