The motivation that best suits motivating employees to work very hard is the "Goal-Setting Theory." This is done through setting goals for each employee, or having them set their own in order to achieve excellent results. In the end, everyone has the opportunity to do a job well done as well recieve job satisfaction in the process. For a person to achieve success, an individual should set goals for themselves because a feeling of accomplishment is what makes all the hard work worthwhile. They will believe that their actions made a difference in the world around them.
