Descriptive stats:

In my organization, I would work on budgets. What I would do is create a spreadsheet of the following data:
- cost of the project
- how long the agency worked on the project
- date of the invoice
- date the client paid the bill

So essentially, by looking at the two dates, I am able to calculate the time it takes for the client to pay their bill.
