The major reasons that a company should respect the rights and moral dignity of its employees is due to three major reasons. The first reason that the business community should care about human rights is because it has a moral obligation to do so. On one level this obligation is based simply on the fact that although a corporation is a fictitious legal entity, it is made up of real people.
