Hi, I am having some trouble starting this assignment. I need help with the operational definition of self-efficacy and on constructing a 10-item survey to measure the self-efficacy of counseling students that is based on the predictive design. As well, I need to include a rationale for the survey item, method of data collection, data analysis, and know the challenges of constructing a survey of this nature using examples.
