First of all, as you address the broad debate between the Enlightenment and Counter-Enlightenment worldviews, especially when it comes to their respective views on human emotion, I personally view the Enlightenment premises as very "black/white?or highly "all or nothing?in terms of their stringent nature. Since I am not that type of thinker, I prefer to see the middle area on many topics, especially artistic ones. Thus, I do not like rigid dichotomies. How about you?
