COMPOUND Cost per lb
C30 $0.12
C92 $0.09
D21 $0.11

Formulate an LP problem to determine what blend of these compounds will minimize the cost of a 50lb bag of fertilizer given the following:
a. E11 must constitute at least 15% of the blend
b. C92 and C30 must together constitute at least 45% of the blend
c. D21 and C92 can together can constitute no more than 30% of the blend
