The slope is equal to

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

=(-9-4)/(4-2)

=-13/2

So, the equation of this line is

y-4=(-13/2) (x-2)

i.e.,

y=-(13/2)x+17

This is the slope-intercept form. The standard form is

(13/2)x+y=17

or

13x+2y=34.
