I have a homework problem that I do not understand - please help!

We are given the following equation:

3/2 ln 4x^6 - 4/5 ln 2 y^10

We are asked to simplify and re-write this as a single ln equation. The answer in my text is given as follows:

ln 2^11/5 x^9/y^8

I do not understand - can you please explain simply so that I can understand.
