    There are a few things that I would take into account when determining if the current juvenile justice system is working.

    First, I would look at the rates and statistics of juveniles who are currently involved in the system and look to see who, if any are repeat offenders If there is a large number of juveniles who are enrolled in the current court system who are repeat offenders, then I would say that the current system is not working to the best of it's ability.
