Imagine you are a person living between 1910 and 1920. An accountant, and to be an American?

What a fascinating decade I just experienced! Even with the Sherman Anti-Trust Laws and betters for child labor and labor in general from years ago, it was still the decade of many monopolies, child labor, immigrants and the U.S. becoming the major industrial country in the world! We became a world power during this decade, saw Ford's assembly line pump out more and more Model T's (and his subsequent firings and re-hiring's of his accountants!) I saw prohibition start, and the closing of some clients' bars, saloons and restaurants because of this! I also sadly lost some clients to The Great War and the Spanish Flu! I saw corporations rake in more and more cash because of cost accounting, and I saw women be fi given the right to vote! Let's hope they don't mess this up (common belief at the time)!
