Attached are 3 jpg files.
Please see page3.jpg. The nonlinear model equations for that question including the effect of a horizontal wind blowing with speed n (i.e. part (b)) is given in part 1 of page1.jpg. The linearized model equations are given in part 2 of page1.jpg and the transfer functions are given in part 3 of the page1.jpg file.
Assume all this is correct so far.
Now go to page2.jpg and build that model in simulink. In subsystem block 1 , put part 1 of page1.jpg ( i.e. full the nonlinear model ) inside there.
In subsystem block 2 , put part 2 of page1.jpg ( i.e. The linearized model ) inside there.
In subsystem block 3 , put part 3 of page1.jpg ( i.e. the two transfer functions ;
w(s)/n(s) and teta(s)/n(s) where n(s) is the input) inside there.
Now connect the output to the muxes and plot on scope.
Then, run the simulink for part 1 first without part 3 and 2 connected Observe response and please explain.
Then, run the simulink for part 2 first without part 3 and 1 connected Observe response and please explain.
Then, run the simulink for part 3 first without part 1 and 2 connected Observe response and please explain.
Then, run the simulink for part 1 & 2 first without part 3 connected Observe response and please explain.
Then, run the simulink for part 2 &3 first without part 1 connected Observe response and please explain.
Then, run the simulink for part 1 , 2 and 3 connected .Observe response and please explain.
No need for complex stuff. I am focusing more on understanding. What are the behaviors of the nonlinear model, linearised model and transfer function model? Why do they behave like that?
