Does fingerprinting our teachers guarantee the safety of our students? I really do not see how it is a guarantees, it is a safe guard but not perfect.

What is your opinion on-- the issue of fingerprinting to keep our job is a radical step to expose and root out supposed criminals. Do you think it is a violation of our rights as US citizens?
Why should a teacher that has been teaching in the district for the past twenty years be required to submit to fingerprinting (at our cost) and FBI criminal history records checked?
