As you describe your own educational philosophy in terms of its metaphysics, epistemology, axiology, and logic, I know that I sway strongly as a Constructivist, but I also integrate other theories, making me very Eclectic in my approach as a teacher.
First off, in terms of epistemology, I firmly believe that teachers should impart knowledge through a variety of methods (indirect, direct, cooperative learning), but they all should be student-driven and student-centered. Thus, I demonstrate that students are actively engaged in the learning process, not sponges just passively absorbing content.
