Many times corporations make decisions that an employee may or may not believe is right or in some cases, may believe that an ethical dilemma exisits. Before responding to a corporate decision in this case, one must first examine all the reasons behind the decision being made. For example:

Scenario 1: The organizaton has made a decision to monitor employee's telephone calls.
