As you state your position on bilingual education, I feel that many valid arguments for bilingual education in schools can be made. For example, I feel that it serves ethical or moral services, making a case for human rights and equality by having it offered. It also seems to validate our nation's basis of supporting diversity and immigration, premises of our nation's founding.
I also think they are effective because they empower kids and build their self esteems as second language learners, ...
