How do I change the layout view of a map to portrait or landscape for printing?

In ArcGIS 9, the ability to change Page Orientation of the Layout from Portrait to Landscape is found under the File menu -> Page and Print Setup. If you do this while in the Layout View you will see the change on the screen.
