Prepare a 2-3 page paper describing what office automation and group collaboration software is used in your organization. Include an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each software used. . At my company, we are marketing company work for different companies who need marketing for their product.
We create many designs/template that we keep them in stock and we also specialize in providing customized mail sets for any organization by putting their logo on the design.
All of our products are design to fit our clients. When a client places an order, they send us the artwork; we reply back to their email with a digital proof of how the finished product will look and if the proof is approved we send out the mailer set.
We use Adobe Photoshop to create templates and images. This helps create a very professional looking images.
Disadvantages:
This is costly product and requires license per system. Need up gradation upon new features addition.
