In the past decade, numerous changes have taken place in my office environment. First of all, there has been significant change in terms of exchange of information with the clients, suppliers and other branch offices. The majority of the exchange of information takes place via email. Email has replaced traditional forms of exchanging information such as via postal service or express parcel service.
