A database to track the purchases of commercial customers and residential customers. The database would have the products purchased, the type of payment used, the sales person involved for commercial sales, and the CS representative for residential, type of contact, general information about address/phone/type of business or residential customer, how many times the customer has ordered, variations in products requested, and information about the products. There would also be a section that is specific to products including type, color, general information, inventory on hand, production expectations regarding inventory.
