    Hello,

    I was wondering if I can some hints/ideas on the 2 short questions I have attached.This is just an ethical issue on a day-day life.Your ideas would be appreciated.

    1)
    Concern has often been expressed that information and communications
    technology allows a small elite to exert a strong control over society.
    Argue the contrary: that information and communications technology
    will stimulate more egalitarianism, and will, in fact,
    reduce the power of elites.

    2)I want to know What form of right is "freedom of speech"?
    Give ethical arguments for and against censorship of Internet
    information about 'how to commit suicide' and 'how to make explosives
    from commonly available material"?
