We determine benefits for foodstamps, Medicaid and Tanf (temporary assistance for needy families) cash benefits for clients who meet the income guidelines. I need to evaluate the mission, vision, goals and objectives and discuss the relationship between quality and each of the following. Compare and contrast the management style at Health and Human Service Commission (HHSC) with the management style at an organization that has adopted total Quality Management.

HHSC is a governmental agency and rules are determined by the Texas legislature.
