Hypothetically, without knowing your situation, LET'S use the following conflict:
You want to continue your education but it conflicts with your family responsibilities. Although, you want/need to further your professional qualifications for personal and financial reasons, the time necessary to complete your studies will conflict with the time that you value with your partner and children. It also conflicts with your partner's/children's wishes, who do not want you to return to school.
So, the people involved are you, your partner, and your children.
b. Analyze the ethical dilemma:
1) Was there a difference in power and authority? Explain.
2) What were the ethics in question?
3) What personal values were in conflict?
4) What were the potential outcomes?
5) What were the potential consequences to you and the other parties involved?
