Comparison: Job competencies of occupational groups are similar in nature, as all of the occupational groups are required to have proper knowledge about the industry background and its main functions and operations.
Contrasting: There are differences in the job competencies, required to be possessed by different occupational groups like it is essential for the junior level group to have education up to the marked level, on the other hand, it is essential for the personnel working on the senior level to have knowledge about the management skills (Vian, McColley, Richards, Connelly and Feeley, 2007).
