1. Analysis of Strategic Factors. Introduction of Hyundai

Hyundai Motor Company is one of the largest and most diversified business organizations of South Korea. It was founded by Ju-Yung Chung and younger brother Se-Yung Chung, in December 1967 and is also active in sectors such as ship-building, steel, petrochemicals, heavy machinery, aerospace and electronics.
